In the road cycling area, Ghost are less well represented than in mtb, with two main ranges available, the first of which is for more serious racers. This comprises the Ghost Race series, starting with the Ghost Race 4900 at about £1000 and progressing through higher specifications up to the Ghost Race Lector carbon framed bikes that comprises the Comp, Team, Pro and Red versions, which range from £2000 up to £4000.
From the £700 mark you can also find the Ghost Speedline range, which is designed to provide performance hybrid bike options.

This is a comprehensive range representing Ghost hybrid and city bikes, starting at prices around £500 (eg. the Ghost Cross 1300/1800) and finishing at the top models of the Ghost Cross 7500/9000, which cost around £1200. These bikes increase gradually in specification as you go up the range, using lighter aluminium frames and changing to hydraulic brakes, with lighter suspension and air forks.

There is also a range of women specific hybrid or city bikes from Ghost, comprising the Ghost TR models, which range from a price of around £600 for the TR 1300 at entry level up to £1500 for the Ghost TR Alfine versions, which are specifically for serious trekking use.
